# List organizations for the current user

> Returns Keycloak organizations the authenticated user belongs to in the hub realm. Each entry includes the organization UUID (`id`), display `name`, and Keycloak `alias` (for OIDC `scope=organization:<alias>` in the runtime-ui org switcher).
